Martin Luther's 95 theses advanced his positions against what he saw as abusive practices by preachers. Luther sent the theses to Albert of Brandenburg, the Archbishop of Mainz, on 31 October 1517. When there was no reply, Luther passed the theses on to acquaintances who published them shortly afterwards without his knowledge and thus made them the subject of public discussion all over the Empire. Udo Erdmann wrote his 33 Theses in which he calls for new ways of acting and thinking in the realms of management and economy in March 2016. They are aimed at managers, executives, and decision makers from all economic areas and challenge them to put their own thinking to the test and dust established structures. The theses in this volume want to start a revolution in the readers' minds that leads to a new way of acting.
